The Felicidad Sy Hall is the first of the 4 high-rise buildings identified in the Master Plan. Currently, under construction, it is a 16-story structure that houses most of the functions of a standalone independent hospital, including an ORC, ICU, OPD, Laboratory, and Nursing Units. As a hospital within a hospital, it is dependent on the rest of the campus for the back of the house support, particularly dietary, linen and laundry, housekeeping, and security.
